I had my first ever surgery completed by Dr. Ganne and her staff. Everyone at SAI Oral Surgery took excellent care of me (before, during, & after) the procedure and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Ganne and her staff (great patient care.)

Kind, caring, very knowledgeable... A misdiagnosis of a rotted tooth causing a massive infection had my face swollen up like a basketball so I came here to have the tooth pulled. Dr. Ganne immediately noticed the tooth had nothing to do with the infection, wrote me a letter to bring to the ER and urgently sent me to the hospital. She wouldn't even let me pay for the visit because she said wasn't going to take another second of my time because I needed to get to the hospital that badly. She was 100% right, the hospital said I might have lost sight in my right eye if I had waited too much longer to get there. The way I was treated here refreshes my faith in humanity.

After visiting a big name chain dental clinic on Wednesday I was referred to Dr Ganne’s office. I immediately left there upset, in pain and confused so stopped into Dr Ganne’s office just down the street to familiarize myself with what I could expect during my appointment. The prices, procedures and paperwork etc. After speaking to the ladies in the office they had the Dr see me immediately, did a consultation and X-rays. The staff was all very courteous, professional and sympathetic to my needs. I was impressed that they were concerned about my level of pain and discomfort and we’re not out to make additional work and money in my time of need as the previous place I visited. Dr Ganne made sure that I was on an antibiotic and pain medicine to get me through the weekend until I could make my appointment on Monday for an emergency extraction of a broken infected molar. They explained everything in detail to me and I left with no questions unanswered. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, didn’t wait long to be taken back and seen. Once I was in the exam room everything was warm, inviting and the staff did their best to keep my relaxed and informed. I must say that I hate having any dental work done and I had major anxiety over the procedure but Dr Ganne and her staff are wonderful and did an excellent job of numbing my mouth and making the procedure as painless as possible. Nothing but pressure was felt, NO PAIN! These ladies are a great team and I highly recommend them to anyone. Dr Ganne even called me personally that evening to check and see how I was feeling. I can’t give enough stars on here, 5 is not enough. This Dr and her staff are a 10 all day. Thank you ladies for everything.
