Had a tooth extracted this morning. Needless to say I was dreading it. Dr. Ganne had planned to give me IV sedation, but my veins were not cooperating on this day so we all opted for local anesthetic. After three shots and some nitrous, in less than 5 minutes Dr. Ganne had the tooth out and two stitches placed to control bleeding and for healing purposes. Dr. Ganne and her staff are highly professional, compassionate, caring providers. If you ever need a tooth pulled or need an oral surgeon for any reason, Dr. Ganne is the person to call. Thank you, Dr. Ganne and staff...you all are wonderful...I recommend you highly without reservation. Rita K. Chulada...

I wanted to wait awhile to review SAI and see how my surgery played out . I can honestly tell you that if you found her , your lucky ! As soon as you walk in the office and meet the staff , you know you've made the right decision . Dr. G is very intelligent , well beyond her practice . I found this comforting . Her knowledge of the body in general is commendable . After detecting my blood pressure was high , the staff started joking and singing quite ridiculously . I realized instantly it was to try to relax me a bit . It worked so well , I literally starting falling asleep during the nasty impacted wisdom tooth extraction I was in there for . Simple local anesthetic and I felt nothing . That night of course as it wore off I felt it . But , I never even had to fill pain prescription ,cause next day I woke up to no pain . I have 0 pain or sensitivity . We all know how I should have felt . Just go see them , you will see for yourself !

I went to Dr. Ganne for a wisdom tooth extraction and biopsy. She was highly recommended by two different dentists that I had gone to. She is a gem!! I am so grateful to her for her excellent care. Physically, the office is pleasant, calming and very clean. Wait time is minimal. Free Keurig beverages and HGTV on a wide screen in the waiting area. My favorite was the panoramic dental x-ray machine. It literally took less than 5 minutes to do. No stabbing, biting down, and gagging while you are trying to hold the x-ray films in your mouth like most dentists. Loved it. Immediately the images from the x-ray machine were uploaded on the screen in the room where Dr. Ganne was to meet with me. She took time to explain my dental situation and pointed out the various locations affected in my wisdom tooth area on the big screen located in the exam room. Consent for procedure done very professionally. Prescriptions for an antibiotic, prescription strength Ibuprofen and a limited number of narcotic pain medication ordered (which shows me that she takes the opioid crisis seriously....she is generous enough with narcotic prescription to help manage your pain, but she doesn't over prescribe) called in immediately for pick up that afternoon at my pharmacy. This was all done at the appointment scheduled for 1 week beforehand. The day of the extraction, I was very nervous. I am a longtime nurse and have had a gazillion fillings and dental procedures done, but I was uneasy and told them this. Dr. Ganne and her staff (Angie ?) went over and above and did everything they could to help me relax. Angie shared pictures of her daughter's rock climbing when we somehow got chatting about that. They chatted and joked while they worked, all with the goal of putting me at ease. The location of the tooth and the strength of my teeth and root made it a little more challenging situation for her. But for me, it was quick and then it was done. Local anesthetic only. I not only greatly appreciated the follow up phone call the next day, as well as the call late on a Friday afternoon to give me the results of the biopsy. This is not only extremely professional, it also reflects great kindness. She did not want me to have to wait over the weekend worrying about my biopsy results. Pain was minimal and was actually so much better than the pain that brought me to her in the first place. The office staff was delightful, friendly and extremely professional. The whole team was great especially Angie, Shawn and Krystal. Dr. Ganne is excellent, a true professional and extraordinarily kind. But it is her warm personality, upbeat positive demeanor and sense of humor that truly is the icing on the cake. I HIGHLY recommend her and her team to anyone who needs an oral surgeon or who is contemplating her care. Please forgive me to those staff members whose names I have forgotten or didn't catch. 5 stars.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ganne and her staff! I was diagnosed with 4 infected wisdom teeth at my dentist, and they couldn't get me in for a removal for over a month. I had never been in so much pain, so I called Dr. Ganne's office, they fit me in for a consult the next day, and my surgery was scheduled the following day. I chose to do local anesthetic, rather than sedation, and it couldn't have gone smoother. While local may not be for everyone, Dr. Ganne did an amazing job distracting me, and her staff made me feel so comfortable. My pain is gone, and I finally caught up on my sleep! Let me tell you, this will be the ONLY oral surgeon I will ever see, and have already recommended her to EVERYONE I know. Thank you so much to Shawn, Angie, Katie and everyone else that made this process so smooth, and so comfortable from start to finish!!
