I practically crawled into this office in extreme pain and an emotional mess begging for relief. I had an emergency referral from a terrible experience at a local dentist. Dr Ganne and her office staff were absolutely phenomenal in taking care of my needs and displaying an elite level of compassion and customer service even during an emergency visit without dental insurance. I’ve been a nurse for many years and I strive to go above and beyond for my patients. It was a blessing to have this office extend those healing hands to me in my time of need. I even received a courtesy call the same evening just to make sure I was doing ok. You can’t teach that level of compassion in any institution. Dr. Ganne is extremely professional, caring and accommodating. I went to her port orange location a little over a year ago and she did a fabulous job. Now fast forward to today and I’m needing a tooth pulled and an implant. I hate going to the doctor, dentist, oral surgeon etc. but she makes you feel at ease. Today I went to her Ormond location and “everyone” was just as awesome as before. I own my own business and know how important it is to recognize quality when you get it. So hats off to this organization.
