I am sure it would be hard to find a better staff anywhere! So kind , sweet and professional. Dr. Aziz is right there with a caring, sweet nature. You can tell he is concerned and caring for his patients. Amazing service.

Two weeks ago I was eating with my family and my silver filing fell out of my mouth on to my plate. I had not seen a dentist for 20 yrs or so. This broken tooth became a sharp cutting dagger in my mouth cutting my tongue when I spoke and eat, which was giving me pain and also infected my tongue. My dentist recommend it to be pulled, it could not be saved . This emergency sent me nervously and in extreme pain to find someone to extract it. After calling several surgeons offices and told it would be several weeks out for an opening. My last call was to Dr. Ganne’s office, her stay was very concerned and eagerly squeezed me in late on a Friday afternoon, last patient. From the moment I entered the office I was treated with compassion and competence. Starting with the receptionists to the staff that assisted the doctor, I found them to be reassuring and they demonstrated skill and knowledge as to how to help me. After the x-ray process as I was waiting for the doctor the nurse and doctor could clearly see I was nervous and in pain, they started telling me jokes and started sing to me in the surgery room chair. Wow, in just a few minutes surprisingly their love and compassionate approach to me really calmed my heart and soul down back into my body. They stayed late to complete the procedure required after a long Friday and make sure I was well to leave the office, she gave me her cell number to call if I needed anything after hours. An hour or so after leaving the office I received a text from her asking if everything was OK. While healing from my surgery another tooth broke off worse than the first , cutting my tongue more than before. I showed Dr. Ganne the new broken tooth as she was doing aftercare on the first tooth. She told me to come back in the very next week and she remove this tooth with just as much love, professionalism and speed . She is an extraordinary physician who brings great skill and caring to her practice of medicine as in the old days of house calls ,she really cares. The aftercare I was given included written material that was thorough and a follow up check up with Dr. Ganne to be sure I was doing well and had no unresolved problems. I healed well and the issue is completely resolved. The experience I have had with my insurance company and both the Ormond Beach and Port Orange has been so easy and informative. I would highly recommend The SAI Oral Surgery team they provided exemplary service, the feeling of warm friendly people in what can be the most stressful time of your health care experiences. They give you the quality of care and compassion that only a private practicing doctor can give, you will not find someone like her in a corporate store front dentistry chain. I will be praising her name and business to all my friends ,family and co-workers. I came in crying and left smiling and counting my blessings to have met Dr. Ganne.

Dr. Ganne is a blessing to our society along with her assistant, Savannah. Quick surgery to perform and they wore their PPE. Tooth extraction was needed and I thank this practice for taking care of me!!!! Thank you!!!!

Amazing office! From the front desk to the techs, as well as Dr. Ganne, everyone in this office makes you feel so calm and like you’re in great hands! I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted last week and it was my first ever surgery and experience going under. Dr. Ganne & staff made sure that I was calm and had no time to worry! I was so worried about the surgery for no reason. The experience was made as great and smooth as possible and I couldn’t be more relieved and happy that I chose this place. I highly recommend this office! 🙂
