I was dealing with an access for about a year and a half. I was referred by an endodontist who examined the tooth with the access and said she could not root canal. She sent me to Sai and I was seen by Dr Parke. They took a cat scan that they charged $450 for only to send me back to the endo because he could not make a determination on a different tooth. I finally went to a dentist who performed their part and back to sai for extraction. I was told at the time that it would be easier to do a bone graft at the same time but the appointment wasn’t long enough. I asked if it was possible to do it later and was told that altho it may be more expensive, it could be done. I since researched and saw that it would have been a matter of minutes to add the graft. Im going to also mention that not only did I go round and round with the doctor but also the staff who assured me, I could have the graft later. Now I’m being told that I’m not a good candidate because I absentmindedly took a sip from a straw on my way out. I haven’t used a straw in months since the extraction. Needless to say, I’m around $1500 out of pocket with a huge hole in my mouth because Parke refused to continue the service we had discussed. Rather, he wanted to speak to me like a child and belittle me for being a vaper. Do yourself a favor and get a more seasoned surgeon because this guy couldn’t even read the cat scan and I endured much back and forth for nothing!
