Seriously such an amazing place. I called them and right from the get go they were incredibly sweet and understanding. They got me in the next day which I am forever grateful for and extracted a really bad tooth I’ve been having issues with. I’m a horrible patient, I don’t like going to the dentist but they took the fear out of it , I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. My tooth was infected and they explained everything in detail to me before I opted to have the tooth pulled today. It hurt but they took my mind off of it by just talking to me and asking me random things. I definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! 20 out of 10 stars!

This is the best place in town! I had been putting off taking my wisdom teeth out for a while, and finally decided to do it. The office staff is very kind, I did my consultation with Dr. Ganne she answered every question and made me feel at ease with the procedure. She works with you and talks about every option depending on your dental anxiety level and type of procedure. Initially I decided to opt for sedation at but then changed my mind and decided to do it without sedation. Dr. Ganne and her staff were amazing the procedure was so quick! she was telling stories and before I knew it, it was all done. She personally called me later on that day to check on me. If you need dental work Sai Oral is the place to go.

Dr. Aziz was phenomenal! My molar cracked vertically down through the root on a Sunday evening, and oh the pain!! Made several calls on Monday morning to get an oral surgery appointment. My own dentist had a 3 1/2 week wait, another OS office had a 2 1/2 week wait. SAI got me in in less than 48 hours for assessment. It was confirmed that removal of the tooth was the only option. I made it clear that I have severe oral surgery anxiety from a painful, complicated triple extraction 5 years ago where I went into shock and was under-attended. Dr. Aziz assured me that I was in complete control of everything that was going to transpire and we were going to communicate throughout the procedure, which also turned out to not be a simple extraction. I raised my hand when I needed more Novocaine or had to swallow, and both the Dr. and his assistant halted the procedure for this to be done, then back at it. With Dr. Aziz's kindness and patience I came through with only a little nerves and no tears! Dr. Aziz called me at home later that day to see how I was doing, and encouraged me to call him, on his private phone number, if there was any problem. I just had my 1-week check up and all was healing well. I was given a little PT of rubbing my gums to promote nerve healing, something no one else has ever even mentioned on my prior 9 extractions. I have a 6-week follow up scheduled to see how well it's healing. Again, no other doctor scheduled follow ups. I'm truly in the most caring hands possible with Dr. Aziz, and I highly recommend him and Dr. Ganne at SAI Oral Surgery for their TLC, advanced skills and education that allows them to give the best possible care to each of their patients. I only wish they did general dentistry, also.
