A few weeks ago I went to the Dentist's office un New Smyrna and I can assure you that I met very professional people who know how to do what they do with love and patience. Unfortunately, even though we have paid, it seems that there are people who should not work with the public. However, at the New Smyrna Beach office I received such nice treatment from Kendal and Damaris (manager). Damaris took extra steps to make me feel confident and calm. Dr Aziz was also very clear and nice. They all worked very well to make my visit one for which I am grateful. In the end the receptionist gave me my papers and Ileft .

I was a bit nervous heading into my appt. The staff at Sai Oral were calming and comforting. Dr. Ganne is wonderful. I never felt the slightest bit of discomfort. You're in good hands with Dr Ganne.

I do not understand why people give poor reviews regarding receptionists. Dr. Aziz is a wonderful oral surgeon! He is kind and compassionate and was there when I had concerns! He did a tongue biopsy on me, and the entire office was kind and friendly! I do not rate an office based on the staff. I rate it on the experience I have with the provider! If I could give Dr Aziz 10 stars, I would! Just an FYI, Mayo clinic missed a squamous cell cancer, on my dad's face, even with CT scan and MRI. I sent him to Gainesville and they confirmed what an ENT suspected! Dr's are human! They can make a mistake! That includes Dr's at Mayo Clinic!!!
