I tried to pay by check. Just went to bank and put the money in. Not accepted over $ 1000. NO signs saying it. So I was forced to use credit card with 3% charge. Very disappointed

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do. SAI oral surgery was wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Ganne and her assistant are very caring. Took care of my problem. Highly recommend!!

I called SAI DENTRISTY on Friday before Labor Day...my dentist referred me to them on Thursday...I made an appointment...but it wasn't until the following week...so that Friday I called ..I was greeted by AMARI on the phone ..I told her that I felt that I couldn't wait so long and I was concerned about the condition of my tooth .... I didn't have an antibiotic ..I was worried..!!! She very caring and calmly listened and gave me very professional suggestions and also suggested to me to contact my Dentist for an antibiotic... .. so I can be prepared for my visit to SAI DENTAL... AMARI also found an earlier in the week appointment and in the same New Smyrna Beach office ! I was so worried and scared.!!!!...AMARI was a ray of sunshine...she reassured me ...and gave me professional suggestions.....and also an earlier appointment!!! I called my Dentist..and I did get my antibiotic.!!! ..all of this because of AMARI and her suggestions.... professionalism and ....... Her caring and patience ....I had a good Labor Day weekend with no worry !!! Now I'm 💯 ready to go ahead with my procedure! Thank you AMARI...you are an asset to SAI DENTRISTY and a very caring person! And may I add that everyone at SAI DENTRISTY ARE AMAZING AND CARING!! THANK YOU !!! TO DR.GANNE !! I highly recommend absolutely!

I made my initial appointment and called back 3 days later.To verify a medication only to find out my appointment was never made. Once I finally made the appointment and arrived.I was treated like complete trash by their condescending,rude, blonde nurse. Refund and no thank you.

Not sure anyone will believe that my experience having a wisdom tooth surgically removed was wonderful, but it was. The entire staff felt like family, warm, caring, and most importantly skilled. My recovery was smooth and when I had a small bone sliver being ejected by my body they got me in within an hour of calling to provide relief. While I hope you never need to have this kind of surgery, if you do, I know you’ll find SAI to be a lifesaver.
